Workshop on L2 Sentence and Discourse Processing

Friday 18th November 2022, University of Cologne

Organisers:

Dr. Clare Patterson, University of Cologne

Prof. Dr. Jacopo Torregrossa, Goethe University Frankfurt

Jun.-Prof. Dr. Sol Lago, Goethe University Frankfurt

The purpose of the workshop is to bring together researchers in and around Germany who are working on topics related to sentence and discourse processing in bilingual populations, to exchange ideas, identify common topics and to network with other researchers in this field. Due to the pandemic, opportunities for local networking have been limited in the last few years; this particularly affects early-career researchers. We would very much welcome posters on current or planned work from researchers in this category!

Invited speakers:

Prof. Dr. Shanley Allen (TU Kaiserslautern)

Prof. Dr. Sarah Schimke (LMU München)

Prof. Dr. Theo Marinis (University of Konstanz)

Registration

Registration is free. Please register at the latest by 18th October to help us with planning. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided. To register for the workshop, please email cpattersSpamProtectionuni-koeln.de and indicate whether you will present a poster.
